On Monday we made scones in home economics and they were a great success.
Home economics is a module in the TY course for half of the year. We cook something different each week on a Monday so this week we made scones.
The ingredients needed are margarine, caster sugar, self-raising flour, milk, egg and baking powder. The method can be found in either this weeks inish times or next weeks Inish times.
